摘要
描述了高斯预测模型的建立步骤,将工艺参数按响应速度进行分类,当主动参数因外界因素产生波动时,利用高斯预测模型预测参数变化后制品的质量,当制品质量超出合格范围时,根据工艺参数对质量指标的关联度大小和排序,优化调整各被动参数,保证制品质量快速恢复至合格范围内。利用Microsoft Visual C++与MATLAB混合编程设计出了具有良好人机交互功能的注塑工艺参数优化调控系统,详细介绍了该系统的基本组成和各模块功能,介绍了该系统的基本实现流程,最后实例验证了系统的可行性和有效性。
It introduced the establishment of gaussian prediction model,dividing the process parameters into two according to the response speed,when the initiative parameters fluctuate due to external factors,gaussian prediction model can be used to predict the products quality after parameters changed,when the products quality is beyond the permitted range,according to the correlation degree of process parameters on the quality index,then regulated the passive parameters to keep the products quality fluctuation in the permitted range. Then designed out the injection molding process parameters optimization regulate control system which has a good human-computer interaction function with use of the Microsoft Visual C++ and MATLAB,and introduced the basic components of the system and the function of each module,introduced the basic implementation process of the system,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the method had been proved by the experiment simulation.
