摘要
目前越来越多的车辆配备自动变速器,人们对乘车舒适性要求也越来越高,车辆在换挡过程中会引起乘员的不舒适性,因此对换挡品质进行研究具有重要意义。建立了自动变速器换挡过程的简化动力学模型,推导出在换挡过程中不同阶段的离合器传递扭矩与变速器输出轴的转矩,研究换挡冲击度与滑磨功变化规律。在Simulation X中建立了自动变速器动力学仿真模型,并对换挡过程进行分析。分析了结合元件不同油压变化规律对换挡冲击度与滑磨功的影响,获得提高换挡品质的有益结论。
As more and more cars are equipped with automatic transmission nowadays,the requirement of riding comfort becoming more and more important. Cars will cause comfortlessness in the process of shifting,so study of shift quality has a very important meaning. A simple dynamic model of the shift process of automatic transmission was built. The clutch transmission torque and the transmission output shaft torque of the shift process were derived from the formula,study on the jerk and sliding friction work variation rules. Established the automatic transmission dynamics simulation model by ITI-Simulation X,then the shifting process were analyzed with the model. Different oil pressure variation rules of engage elements were analyzed to the influence of the jerk and the sliding friction work. It got some results which are beneficial to improve the shift quality.
