摘要 应用虚拟样机技术,在ADAMS/Car中建立了多轴重型汽车的各子系统模型,由相应的通讯器进行整车动力学模型的装配。通过双轮同向和反向激振仿真分析,获取了钢板弹簧的特性参数,验证了模型的合理性。通过整车的静平衡仿真分析,确保了操纵稳定性仿真试验是在轮胎被整车自身重力压缩并达到平衡之后开始的。以建立的整车模型为研究对象,进行转向盘角阶跃输入和蛇形仿真试验,依据试验结果对该车的操纵稳定性进行评价。试验结果表明:较小的横摆角速度超调量可以保证汽车的瞬时响应特性,车身的侧倾刚度和垂直方向转动惯量对操纵稳定性产生的影响很大,这为实际样车操纵稳定性的研究提供了理论参考。 By using virtual prototyping technology,each subsystem of the multi-axle heavy-duty vehicle is built in ADAMS/Car. The whole vehicle dynamic model is assembled through corresponding communicator. The characteristic parameters of the leafspring are obtained through parallel and opposite wheel travel simulation through which the rationality of the model is verified. The beginning of handing stability simulation is guaranteed after reaching equilibrium with the tire's compression by the vehicle's own gravity in vehicle static balancing simulation analysis. Taking the established vehicle model as the object of study,step steer test and fish hook test are carried out. The evaluation of handing and stability performance is presented combined with experimental result which indicates that the transient response characteristics of the vehicle is guaranteed by minor yaw rate overshoot and the great influence of handing and stability performance is generated from body roll stiffness and moment of inertia of vertical direction. The theoretical reference for studying on handing and stability performance of real vehicle is provided based on these data.
