摘要
综述了宝钢C111电镀锌机组改造工艺设计的主要内容,包括清洗段循环系统、闪镀镍循环系统和电镀循环系统工艺改造。其中清洗段工艺改造包括新增自动配液系统、电导率控制、采用固体碱液自动投加装置;新增闪镀镍工艺系统包括:酸洗后漂洗系统、闪镀镍主工艺系统和闪镀镍镀后漂洗系统;电镀锌工艺系统改造包括:加大每个镀槽的电镀锌流量,改造原来电镀槽的供液和回液方式,取消原有的集管采用泵和镀槽一对一的形式,改造了加热冷却系统和导槽以及溶锌系统;最后在电镀锌镀槽出口新增一个镀后四级漂洗系统。
The process transformation design for Baosteel C111 EGL is reviewed,including degreasing section circulatory system,flash nickel plating circulatory system and galvanized transformation process. Degreaing section transformation includes: new automatic dosing system,conductivity control,the use of solid alkali automatic dosing device. New flash nickel plating systems include: pickled rinsing system,flash nickel plated main process systems and flash after rinsing systems.Electro-galvanized systematic transformation includes: increasing galvanized flow for each plating tank,transforming the style of liquid supply and returning from the circulation tank to plating tank,cancelling the original collection tube after pump,adopting the style of corresponding uniquely the pump and plating tank,transforming of heating and cooling systems and dissolving zinc system; finally adding a four-rinsing system after galvanized plating process.
