摘要
为研究投喂蚕豆对罗非鱼肝损伤及非特异性免疫功能的影响,本试验以浸泡蚕豆(试验组)、配合饲料(对照组)连续饲喂罗非鱼60 d,采样检测鱼血清中的肝损伤指标和非特异性免疫指标。结果显示:肝损伤情况,与对照组相比,试验组天冬氨酸转氨酶、丙氨酸转氨酶和腺苷脱氨酶活性分别提高13.67%、12.93%、19.12%(P<0.05),乳酸脱氢酶活性变化不显著(P>0.05);非特异性免疫功能方面,试验组的血清酸性磷酸酶和碱性磷酸酶活性降低22.96%、19.70%(P<0.05),髓过氧化物酶和溶菌酶活性虽也有降低趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。因此,以蚕豆为饵料饲养罗非鱼,虽可脆化罗非鱼肉质,但却一定程度上造成鱼体肝脏损伤,降低鱼体非特异性免疫力。
In order to study effects of broad bean on liver injury and non-specific immune responses activity of tilapia,Oreochromis niloticus were fed with broad bean and compound diet for 60 days.Liver injury and non-specific immune indexes were analyzed respectively.The results showed that liver injury indexes aspartate transaminase,alanine transaminase and adenosinase deaminase of test group were increased by 13.67%,12.93%,19.12%,compared with control group(P 0.05),the activity of lactic dehydrogenase was not significantly affected(P 0.05).The acid phosphatase and alkaline phosphate activity in test group were 22.96%,19.70% lower than those of control group(P 0.05).The myeloperoxidase and lysozyme activity decreased slightly(P 0.05).In conclusion,feed broad bean could embrittled the tilapia muscle obviously,but also lead to liver injury and reduce non-specific immune activity of Oreochromis niloticus.
