摘要
采用样方法,在老县城自然保护区布设63个植被样方,分析其大熊猫栖息地植物群落多样性特征。结果表明,老县城自然保护区大熊猫栖息地的不同植被类型的丰富度指数和物种种数的变化趋势呈现出温性针叶林>落叶阔叶林>寒温性针叶林,均匀度指数在各个群落之间的变化较小,多样性指数Simpson的变化趋势是落叶阔叶林>温性针叶林>寒温性针叶林。不同坡向中丰富度指数和物种种数变化相似,其趋势为东>南>西>北,物种多样性Simpson指数呈现出南>东>北>西的变化规律,均匀度指数较稳定,变化不大。随着海拔的升高,大熊猫栖息地植物群落的物种多样性指数、物种丰富度指数和均匀度指数都呈现出先上升,后下降,最后趋于平稳的特点。
The paper discussed the characteristics of species diversity of the plant communities in a giant panda habitat, Lao Xiancheng Natural Reserve, located in Zhouzhi County, Shaanxi. Based on the survey and the data analysis from 63 vegetation quadrants, it was found that the species richness and the sum of species along different vegetation types were almost the same: temperate coniferous forest 〉 deciduous broad-leaved forest〉cool-temperate coniferous forest. But the evenness indices presented a little fluctuation, while the variation trends of species diversity indices of Simpson varied as follows: deciduous broad- leaved forest〉 temperate coniferous forest〉 cool-temperate coniferous forest. The species richness and species indices along different vegetation types were also almost the same: east〉south〉west〉north, the variation trends of species diversity indices of Simpson varied as follows: south〉east〉north〉west, the evenness indices showed relatively stable. The indices of species diversity, species richness and evenness of plant communities in the giant panda habitat increased with altitudinal increase at first, and then decreased, finally got stably.
