摘要
用过硫酸铵对淀粉酸解氧化,制备淀粉基水性高分子异氰酸酯(API)木材胶黏剂。通过正交试验讨论了改性淀粉液浓度、乳化剂(SBR)加入量、PVA浓度和P-MDI加入量对淀粉基API胶接强度的影响。结果表明:改性淀粉45g、SBR为干淀粉质量的3%、PVA的浓度为10%和P-MDI加入量为主剂质量的18%时制备的淀粉基API胶黏剂性能最佳,所压制胶合木的压缩剪切强度达到LY/T 1601—2002中规定的Ⅰ型Ⅰ类胶黏剂的胶接性能指标。
In this study modified starch was prepared by acid-thinned and oxidation with ammonium persulfate, then starch-based Aqueous Polymer Isocyanate ( API ) wood adhesive was prepared. The effect of the additive amount of modified starch, SBR, P-MDI and the concentration of PVA on bonding strength for starch-based API adhesive were discussed by orthogonal test. The results showed that when the addition of modified starch was 45g, SBR was 3%, concentration of PVA was 10%, and amount of P-MDI was 18%, starch- based API adhesive performance was the best. The compression shearing of glulam produced by starch-based API adhesive had reached bonding performance indicators of I type I adhesive stipulated by LY/T 1601-2002.
