摘要
在分析双余度构型特点的基础上,设计了基于DSP处理器的双余度电液伺服控制器,采用主/备工作方式,提高了系统的可靠性。实验表明,发生单通道故障时,控制器能够将故障通道隔离,由正常的通道进行控制,保证产品仍能正常工作且性能不下降。
It analyses the characteristic of dual-redundancy system construction, and design a dual-redundancy controller for electro-hydraulic servo system based on DSP. The controller use the dual devices active-standby switched mode to improve the system reliability effectively. When a channel faulted, the controller can change the control to another channel and isolation the fault channel. It ensures the system's work and performance.
