城市危险化学品物流配送网络可靠性研究

Research on Network Reliability of Urban Hazardous Material Logistics-distribution and Transportation System

结合系统可靠性理论及危险品物流配送基础,分析了危险化学品物流配送过程的特殊危险性。并通过对路网进行简化,分析了交叉路口(包括有信号灯和无信号灯)、路段以及OD对的可靠性,建立了城市危险品物流配送路网可靠性模型,以期提高城市危险化学品物流配送路网可靠性,为相关部门提供一定的决策及管理依据。

Special dangers during the course of hazardous material logistics-distribution and transportation were analyzed based on the theory of reliability of city network, and the reliability of city road network mode was discussed. And through simplifying the road network, the reliability of intersection（with traffic signal and without traffic signal）, road section and origin-destination was analyzed, the reliability model for the road network of hazardous material logistics-distribution and transportation was established, which could provide the basis for related corporations policy-making and management.
