摘要
天然气管道系统是重要的战略能源通道,其可靠性评价对发挥社会经济效益起着重要作用。借鉴大型互联电网中可靠性评价基本理论与方法,可将天然气管道系统按组成分为管道单元和压气站单元,在历史数据统计分析的基础上,对天然气管道系统各单元可靠性进行定量评价,并用故障树分析法研究影响管道运行可靠性的最重要因素。最后运用串联系统可靠性框图法得到整个输气系统的可靠性水平。输气管道系统运行可靠性依赖所有组成单元的可靠性,在进行系统可靠性分析时,需逐步细化,才能得到较为准确的结果。
The transmission system is an important strategic energy channel, and the reliability evaluation of the system plays an important role in realizing its social and economic benefits. Referring to the basic theory and large-scale interconnected power grid reliability assessment method, the transmission system can be divided into pipeline unit and compressor station unit. On the basis of historical data statistical analysis, the quantitative evaluation on the reliability of the units of gas pipeline system can be carried out. The series system reliability evaluation method can be used to calculate the whole gas transmission system reliability. In a word, the transmission system reliability depends on the reliability of all component units. It is necessary to analyze the reliability of each component unit in order to get more accurate results.
