热油管道泵入口法兰泄露的校核

摘要 石油化工生产装置中泵入口管道法兰泄漏作为一个潜在的泄露点,影响着装置的安全运行。本文在当量压力法的基础上结合我国化工行业标准HG/T20592-2009提供的不同材质法兰的最大允许工作压力校核了热油管道泵入口管嘴处法兰泄露的问题。结果表明:当泵P-709/A、P-709/B入口采用4.0 Mpa压力等级的法兰及配套的垫片和螺栓,在下列工况:工况1:操作温度323℃,操作压力0.04Mpa(G);工况2:操作温度25℃,操作压力0 Mpa(G);工作时泵P-709/A、P-709/B入口法兰不会发生泄露。泵入口法兰泄露的校核对泵入口法兰压力等级的选择起到了重要的指导作用。 The flange leakage of the pump entrance as a potential leak point, affects the safely operation of the equipment in petrochemical industry. In this paper, the flange leakage problem at pump entrance of the hot oil pipeline was checked and analyzed based on the equivalent pressure method and the maximum allowable working pressure for different flange from chemical industry standard HG/T20592-2009 in China. The results show that when the pump P-709/A, P-709/B entrance uses 4.0Mpa class flange and supporting facilities, the pump entrance flange does not leak at work in the following cases: the operation temperature 323 ℃, the operating pressure 0.04Mpa(G) or the operating temperature 25 ℃, the operating pressure 0 Mpa(G).The check analysis of the flange leakage at pump entrance of hot oil pipeline can guide the selection of pressure rating of the flange.
