南广输油管线中间泵站输油泵变频技术研究

摘要 通过分析输油泵变频调速运行的节能原理,针对南广输油管线的实际运行特点,提出了采用中间泵站输油泵变频调速的节能方案,且针对该泵站的情况提出了两种变频调速方案。从技术分析和经济分析两方面,对南广输油管线的输油泵变频节能方案进行可行性研究,最后分析了影响输油泵变频调速的主要因素。 The energy saving principle of variable frequency speed regulation operation of oil pump was analyzed. According to actual running characteristics of Nanguang pipeline, energy saving scheme using pump frequency technology in intermediate pump station was proposed. And two frequency control scheme for the pumping station were put forward. From two aspects of technical analysis and economic analysis, the feasibility of pump frequency conversion energy saving scheme for Nanguang pipeline was studied. At last, main factors to affect the oil pump variable frequency speed regulation were investigated.
