摘要
对于常规连续气举采油而言,由于注气压力和工作阀以下的液柱压力直接作用在油层上,导致生产压差降低等,影响气举井的产量。为弥补常规连续气举采油过程中工艺的不足,本文通过对气举负压泵的结构及工作原理的描述,介绍了一种负压泵连续气举采油技术,该技术是把连续气举与气举负压泵工作特性的有机结合,充分利用气举装置和负压泵的优势,通过地面试验优选出气举负压泵的最佳生产参数,使得该项技术能明显提高油井的举升效率和产量,为人工举升提供了新的方法。
To compensate the inadequacy of the conventional continuous gas lift in the oil production process, a negative pressure pump continuous gas lift technique which is the combination of continuous gas lift and negative pressure pump has been developed, and the technique can take advantage of gas lift equipment and negative pressure pump. The optimal production parameters of the technique can be determined by the field test. The technique can significantly improve lifting efficiency and production of oil well. Negative pressure pump continuous gas lift technique can provide an effective approach for artificial-lift systems.
