摘要 采用轴向-径向通风的某大型汽轮发电机的多级风扇功耗已达到1000 kW,占发电机总损耗的8%左右,影响了发电机效率的提高。鉴于结构的原因,直接测量或计算得到风扇的功耗有一定的困难,因而提出了采用数值模拟和热力学法相结合的一种功耗计算方法来计算多级风扇的功耗和发电机的效率。 The power consumption of the multi-stage fan of the large-size turbine generator using axial-radial ventilation method had reached 1 000 kW, occupying about 8% of the total loss of the generator and influencing the generator efficiency greatly. Because of the constructional cause, it was difficult to measure and calculate the power consumption of the fan directly. The calculation method combined the numerical simulation and thermodynamic method for the power consumption of the fan was presented, and then, the power consumption and efficiency of the fan as well as the efficiency of the generator.
