摘要
针对水煤浆输送管线上调节流量用的偏心旋转阀内漏问题,利用计算流体动力学数值模拟方法进行了分析,得到内部流场的可视化图形。通过流场的速度模拟分析,找出易发生破坏位置,得出产生内漏的原因,采用阀芯镶嵌陶瓷的改进结构设计,提高了阀门耐磨损、抗冲刷和耐腐蚀的能力,有效延长了阀门的使用寿命。
As for internal leakage problems of eccentric rotary valve used in coal- w ater slurry pipeline for regulating flow,the paper conducts analysis by means of the numerical simulation method of computational fluid dynamics( CFD),obtains the visualization graphics of internal flow field,by the velocity simulation analysis of flow field,finds the destruction position and the reason w hich caused internal leakage. The paper uses the improved design of disc inset ceramics to improve the valve performance,and increase abrasion resistance,anti- w ashout and corrosion resistant,and extend the service life of control valve.
