摘要
以激光切割技术加工航天涡扇发动机内外壳体叶型孔为背景,通过对补偿方式、拐角烧伤、锥度控制以及切口质量等工艺问题设计实验,得到较优的工艺方法及工艺参数,利用此工艺实现了叶型孔尺寸精度和切口质量的双重控制,且叶型孔的加工成功率高,在后续与叶型钎焊工序中焊接质量好。
Laser cutting technology is widely employed to process the leaf-shaped holes on the internal and external shells of aerospace turbofan engines.In this work,the compensation method,the bum of comer,the control of conical degree and the cutting quality are taken into consideration to design the experiments and the optimum processing methods and parameters are obtained for this laser cutting technology.Both the dimensional precision and the cutting quality of the leaf-shaped holes are achieved by the optimized technology and a high processing rate is achieved as well.Furthermore,excellent welding quality was kept during the subsequent leaf-shaped soldering and welding.
