微型化血液中CO含量检测专用仪的研制

摘要 血液是一氧化碳中毒唯一重要检材。本文基于双波长检测法构建了一套微型化血液中CO含量检测专用仪。该装置以不同波长的LED为光源,PEEK管作为检测通路,辅以光电转换、数据处理、结果显示等组件,以锂电池为电源,整机重量小于500g,样品消耗量小于6μL,有效光程为27mm,可满足临床及刑侦对血中CO含量的现场快速检测需求。 Blood is the only important sample in carbon monoxide poisoning.In this paper,a portable instrument for determination of CO in blood was constructed based on dual wavelength determination.For the device,light-emitting diode(LED) with two different wavelength was used as light source,Poly(ether ether ketone)(PEEK) tube as detection path and lithium battery as power supply,supported by other components for photoelectric conversion,data processing and results display.The whole device is lighter than 500 g with effective detection length of 27 mm and the sample consumption is less than 6μL.The developed device can meet the clinic and forensic needs for fast and in fi eld determination of CO in blood sample.
