摘要
基于能量守恒定律,建立了变频器中器件功率的微分方程,揭示了母线电压波动与电容器容量、母线给定电压、输出功率及频率等因素之间的关系;提出了一种不增加高压四象限变频器成本但能有效抑制母线电压波动的方法,其采用马鞍波脉宽调制(SAPWM调制方式),在逆变器相电压调制波中加入3次谐波。样机实验及Matlab仿真结果验证了该方法的正确性。
Based on the energy conservation law, it established differential equations of converter power, and revealed the relationship among DC bus voltage fluctuation, capacitance, given voltage of DC bus, output power and frequency of modulation wave. It proposed a method to restrain DC bus voltage fluctuation without increasing the cost of four-quadrant high voltage inverter, which was using SAPWM method and adding the 3rd harmonic to phase voltage modulation wave of the inverter. Prototyping test and simulation results verify the correctness of this method.
