矿山卡车牵引电动机流体场及温度场研究

摘要 以矿山卡车JD192电动轮牵引电动机为模型,根据流体力学及传热学理论,建立三维流体场与三维温度场耦合的求解域物理模型;采用有限体积法并考虑电机转子的旋转效应,计算额定工况下牵引电机的流体场及温度场;通过对数值计算结果的分析,揭示这种电机在高负荷状态下内部流体流动特性及温度分布规律,以检验电机通风冷却结构的有效性,为后续电机散热改进提供了依据。 According to hydromechanics and heat transfer theory, a physical model of three-dimensional fluid and temperature coupled field was established for JD192 electric wheel traction motor of mine truck. Considering the rotation of rotor effect, the fluid field and temperature field of the traction motor under the rated condition were calculated with finite volume method. Analysis of the numerical calculation results reveals the regularity of fluid flow and temperature distribution for the motor under high load condition, which verifies the effectiveness of the motor ventilation cooling structure and provides the basis subsequent improvement for the motor cooling.
