摘要
通过对国内农产品电子商务网站调查研究,提出以"三品一标"为抓手,将电子商务与质量溯源相结合,形成一个以产、销、管为一体的信息网络平台,确保"三品一标"农产品质量安全的新思路。针对涉农企业、消费者及政府监管部门三者与网站平台之间的关系进行了全面分析与评价,表明建立"三品一标"农产品溯源电子商务服务网站可以有效地追根溯源,提升企业自律能力,增强政府监管部门执行力,促进三方交流与监督,确保农产品质量安全。
According to the research on agro-product websites in China,the new idea of securing agro-product quality and safety was pointed out. Taking "Three Brands and One Sign"( non-pollution food,green food,organic food and farm produce of geographical indications) as a pilot project,the e-commerce was combined with quality traceability to form an information network linking production stage,consuming stage and supervision stage. The relationships between producers,consumers,government and the web platform were analyzed,and results illustrated the website of"Three Brands and One Sign"could trace origin effectively,promote enterprise self-discipline,strengthen the government executive ability,promote communication and supervision between each other,and ensure the quality and safety of agro-products.
