摘要
从奶牛养殖、生产加工、市场消费、种源发展等4个方面对北京奶业可持续发展现状进行分析,提出北京奶业可持续发展所面临的主要问题,并从降低养殖成本、提升企业运营能力、增强奶业市场竞争力、提高资源利用效率及发展清洁养殖等方面提出对策和建议。
This article analyzed the present situation of sustainble developrnent of dairy industry in Beijing City in terms of dairy cattle breeding,production and processing,market consumption,and source development,then put forward the main problems of the sustainable development of dairy industry in Beijing,and gave the suggestion including reducing farming costs,improving enterprise operational ability,strengthening dairy market competitiveness,improving resource utilization efficiency and the development of clean breeding.
