摘要
近年来,随着城市化的加速发展,城市内涝灾害愈加严重。因此,进行城市排涝规划十分迫切,而正确合理的城市产汇流计算成果是城市排涝规划的基础和依据。简要介绍了现有城市产汇流理论方法与模型,分析了其优缺点。结合水文产汇流理念及《室外排水设计规范》提出城市综合产汇流法,并应用于海口市2014年7月18日强降雨的产汇流计算。将其计算结果与城市推理公式法计算结果进行对比,并以实际积涝情况为评判依据,验证了其实用性。
In recent years ,along with the accelerating development of urbanization ,urban waterlogging disasters are intensifying . Therefore ,an urban drainage planning is very urgent .And correct and reasonable urban runoff calculation results are the basis of ur‐ban drainage planning .This paper briefly introduces the existing urban runoff theory methods and models ,analyzes their advantages and disadvantages .Combing hydrological runoff concepts with the“outdoor drainage design specification” ,the urban comprehensive runoff method is put forward and applied to the heavy rainfall runoff calculation in Haikou City on July 18 ,2014 .Comparisons are made between calculation results of urban comprehensive runoff method and urban derivation formula method .The practicability of urban comprehensive runoff method is verified according to the actual waterlogging conditions .
