摘要 灌溉控制阀及其控制装置作为自动化节水灌溉系统的主要控制设备,其运行可靠性对整个灌溉系统影响重大。针对国内外同类产品在实际应用中存在的阀门堵塞及工作不稳定等问题,开发研制出了一种新型灌溉低功耗控制阀及其控制器,通过性能试验验证了其满足设计要求,具有无线自动控制、低功耗、不易堵塞、状态智能反馈等特点,大幅度提高了灌溉系统的运行可靠性及灌区自动化节水灌溉技术水平。 As main control components of automatic water-saving irrigation system ,the reliability of irrigation control valve and the valve controller is of great importance to the whole irrigation system .By comparing the shortage of existing products ,this paper de‐velops a new low power irrigation control valve and valve controller .Experimental results indicate that the performance of new irriga‐tion control valve and valve controller meets the design requirement .The new irrigation control valve and valve controller have fea‐tures of wireless automatic control ,low power ,clogging free ,intelligent feedback ,which would have significant improvement on op‐erating reliability and automatic control of irrigation system .
