摘要
引入"安全可靠、生态优先、经济最优"的概念设计原则,以水库设计水位、土体性质、计算风速、边坡粗糙率、年蒸发量和生态目标等级等因素为变量,单位立方米供水成本最低为目标函数,水库安全和生态友好为约束条件,建立面向安全、生态、经济多效应耦合的平原水库优化设计模型。并采用遗传算法计算出了双王城水库的优化参数,对围坝形式和防渗形式对单位立方米供水成本的影响进行了比较,结果表明:多效应耦合的平原水库优化模型具有良好的收敛性和全局寻优能力,且在最优设计工况下正方形围坝供水成本比圆形围坝供水成本低,库底铺膜防渗形式造价较高。
The concept of design principles“safe and reliable ,ecological priority ,economic optimal”is Introduced in terms of reser‐voir water level ,soil properties ,wind speed and slope of rough rate ,annual evaporation ,ecological target level for the variable ,unit of cubic meters of water supply cost minimum as objective function ,safety and eco-friendly of reservoir as constraint conditions ,es‐tablish a plain reservoir optimization design model for the multi-effect coupling of security ,ecology and economy .Genetic algorithm is used to calculate optimization parameters of the Shuang Wangcheng Reservoir ,the influence of dam types and anti-seepage pattern on the unit of cubic meters of water supply costs are compared ,the results show that the plain reservoir optimization design model for the multi-effect coupling has good convergence and global optimization ability ,in the optimal design conditions ,water supply cost of square dams is lower than round dam's ,the reservoir bottom paving membrane seepage control cost is higher .
