低成本大容量存储系统设计

摘要 文中设计的大容量存储系统,使用国产芯片搭建系统,成本低廉;采用四级流水,32位扩展,具有较高的数据吞吐率;采用顺延替代,整块补齐,流水对齐的坏块替代方案,算法灵活高效;使用零散空间存储系统重要参数,提高了管理的可靠性。最终方案可实现吞吐量峰值达Gbps以上,容量1Tbyte。 We designed a low cost solid state recorder using domestic chip. The system uses the parallel 32 bit extension storage mode, combining 4 level pipe-line, so it could reach a higher data throughput. The bad block replacement algorithm is flexible ,effective and reliable. All the pipe-line has the same block number, so there will be some blocks left ,for the different bad block number and location in different NAND FLASH chips. The left blocks is used to store some important information of the system. The Peak throughput of the system could over 1 Gbps with IT bytes capacity.
