摘要
文中在应用的角度,提出目前基于组态软件的PLC实验系统存在的不足。以液体混合装置控制系统为例,介绍了组态软件组态王在PLC控制系统故障诊断的实现方法。该系统除具有原系统的主要特点外,还实现了系统的故障状态的动画显示和提示信息。现场运行情况表明,该诊断系统灵活性强,能快速准确地实现故障诊断,故障诊断的信息能够提示学生PLC程序出现的问题,以便提高实验效率和学生的编程查错能力。
In the application point of view , put forward the current PLC configuration software based on inadequate experimental system exists. Liquid mixing device control system, for example , describes the realization of the configuration software configuration king fault diagnosis in the PLC control system. On-site operation showed that the diagnostic system is flexible and can quickly and accurately achieve fault diagnosis.
