临床护理路径对脑出血患者心理和生活质量的应用研究

目的：探讨临床护理路径对脑出血患者心理状况和生活质量的影响。方法将60例脑出血患者分为实验组和对照组，每组各30例。实验组采用制订好的临床护理路径进行护理，对照组采用传统的常规护理方法。比较两组护理前后心理和生活质量的变化。结果实验组护理后SAS、SDS评分较护理前明显下降，护理前后比较差异有统计学意义，对照组护理前后比较差异无统计学意义；护理后，实验组SAS、SDS评分均低于同期对照组水平，实验组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能3个维度的得分均高于同期对照组水平，差异有统计学意义。结论通过临床护理路径对脑出血患者进行干预，有效地减轻了患者焦虑抑郁的心理状态，并改善了患者的生活质量。

Objective To discuss the effect of clinical nursing pathway on psychological status and life quality of cerebral hemor-rhage patients.Methods The 60 cases were divided into intervention group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The intervention group was treated with clinical nursing pathway, and the control group was treated with normal nursing.The psychological status and life quality between the two groups were compared.Rseults The scores of SAS and SDS in intervention group were significantly decreased after nursing.However, there were no significant differences compared with those of control group .Moreover,the scores of life quality in interven-tion group were significantly better than those in control group .Conclusions Clinical nursing pathway could improve psychological status as well as life quality.
