高压氧应用于指背筋膜蒂岛状皮瓣移植术的疗效观察

目的 观察高压氧（hyperbaric oxygen ,HBO）应用于指背筋膜蒂逆行岛状皮瓣移植术的疗效. 方法将行指背筋膜蒂逆行岛状皮瓣移植术的患者分为对照组和实验组,并进行比较分析.对照组采用常规治疗方法,实验组除采用常规治疗方法外辅用高压氧治疗,比较两组皮瓣成活的色泽、饱满度的情况.结果实验组伤口甲级愈合率,皮瓣成活的色泽、饱满度较对照组满意,两组比较差异有统计学意义,P〈0.01. 结论 HBO可改善局部缺氧状态,增加局部血液供应,减轻肿胀,促进受损组织修复,应用于指背筋膜蒂逆行岛状皮瓣移植术患者,疗效显著.

Objective To discusses the application of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on finger fascia pedicle island flap transplantation. Methods Using retrospective contrastive method. The patients with finger fascia pedicle island flap transplantation were divided into control group and experimental group. The control group were treated by conventional treatment method. The experimental group were treated by hyperbaric oxygen therapy except the conventional treatment. Compare skin flap survival of colour and lustre, plumpness between two groups of patients. Results The patients of experimental group have more satisfatory healing rate, flap colour and plumpness,there is statistical difference between two groups. Conclusion HBO can improve local oxygen deficit, increase local blood supply, reduce the swelling, promote restoration of the damaged tissue. Applied in the finger island flap transplantation, it can obcain significant effect.
