交锁髓内钉联合钢板在胫骨近端斜形骨折治疗中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的 总结交锁髓内钉联合内侧单皮质钢板治疗胫骨近端斜形骨折的临床疗效. 方法 交锁髓内钉联合内侧单皮质钢板治疗胫骨近端斜形骨折8例. 结果 术后随访12-18个月, 骨折均达到骨性愈合,均小于5°畸形,无切口感染、内固定失败等并发症发生. 结论 交锁髓内钉联合内侧单皮质钢板治疗胫骨近端斜形骨折具有操作简单、创伤小、固定稳定等优点,适用于胫骨近端斜形骨折. Objective To study the clinical effect of the application of intra medullary nail and plate in proximal tibia oblique fracture. Methods The application of intra medullary nail and plate in proximal tibia oblique fracture in 8 cases. Results All the patients were followed up for 12-18 months, all had the bone healing, postoperative deformity were less than 5 degrees, no incision infection and the failure of internal fixation. Conclusion The application of intra medullary nail and plate in proximal tibia oblique fracture has the advantages of simple operation, stable fixation, is applicable to the proximal tibial oblique fracture.
