Dieterich病
摘要
Dieterich病首先由Dieterich于1932年报道,主要临床表现为掌骨头缺血性坏死. 到目前为止国内文献未见到关于该病的报道. 由于该病罕见,尚无明确的诊断标准及治疗方法,可能是导致该类病例丢失的一大原因. 国外文献报道,该病与创伤、激素应用、系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）、皮肌炎（JDM）及肾移植等有关.
