尺神经前置肌膜阻挡术治疗肘管综合征 被引量：1

摘要 目的 通过对尺神经前置肌膜阻挡术的临床应用,为肘管综合征的治疗探讨一种最佳的方案.方法对16例肘管综合征患者采用尺神经前置肌膜阻挡术治疗.结果 本组14例环小指感觉完全恢复,手部功能基本恢复正常,按照中华医学会手外科学会上肢部分功能评定试用标准评定,优14例,良1例,可1例,优良率达93.8%,效果满意.结论 尺神经前置肌膜阻挡术治疗肘管综合征具有手术时间短、手术方法简单、复发率低、损伤小的特点,是临床手术治疗肘管综合征的有效方法.
