肺癌术后患者功能锻炼依从性现状调查

Investigation of the functional exercise compliance of patients with postoperative lung cancer

目的了解肺癌术后患者功能锻炼的依从性现状，分析影响其功能锻炼依从性的原因，为干预措施的制订提供依据。方法采用问卷调查法对100位肺癌术后患者进行调查。结果肺癌患者术后功能锻炼依从性评分为28．4±9．5分，总体水平较低。影响肺癌患者术后锻炼依从性的因素有：患者的年龄（t=-2．28，P=0．028）、长期居住地（t=3．88，P=0．000）、手术类型（t=-3．64，P=0．001）、没有医护人员的监督和指导（t=-2．75，P=0．009）、锻炼带来疼痛和不适（t=-2．73，P=0．009）、术中放置的引流管给锻炼带来不便（t=-2．51，P=0．016）、感觉情绪低落（t=-2．99，P=0．005）。结论肺癌术后患者功能锻炼依从性较差，对患者术后锻炼依从性进行干预时，应考虑患者的疼痛、疲乏、情绪状态及其健康信念的差异等，术后应及时指导并协助患者进行功能锻炼，使患者真正掌握功能锻炼的具体方法和要求。

Objective To describe functional exercise compliance among postoperative lung cancer patients and explore the related factors of functional exercise compliance in order to provide information to the nursing care intervention to improve the functional exercise compliance. Methods A cross-sectional survey was adopted. By convenient sampling, 100 postoperative lung cancer patients were recruited into this study. Results The average score was 28.4±9. 5. Multiple regression analysis indicated that the related factors of functional exercise compliance were the age, the type of residence, the type of the operation, absence of supervise from medical staff, pain, existence of thoracic drainage tube and depression. Conclusions The overall compliance to functional exercise is low, which calls for individual and timely guidance from medical staff.
