摘要
目的:探讨护理质量持续改进在优质护理服务示范活动中的运用效果。方法在“优质护理服务示范活动”期间,建立健全有关规章制度及岗位职责;完善临床护理质量管理内涵及评价标准,充实临床护士队伍及加强人力资源管理;深化“以病人为中心”的护理理念,丰富工作内涵,切实落实基础护理;优化服务流程,提升服务品质。结果护理质量持续改进后护理质量和病人满意度均提高。结论护理质量持续改进有利于促进优质护理服务示范活动中护理质量的提高。
Objective To explore the effect of the practice of constant improvement of nursing quality management in the demo project of high-quality nursing service. Methods To work out or amend regulations and duties concerned, improve management policies and evaluation standard, increase clinical nursing staff, strengthen human resource management and patient-centered nursing concept, implement basic nursing, optimize service procedures and quality during the practice of"The Demo Project of High-quality Nursing Service". Results Nursing quality was improved and patients' satisfactory degree was increased after the practice of constant improvement of nursing quality management. Conclusions The practice of constant improvement of nursing quality management is good to achieve high-quality nursing services in the activities of demo project of high-quality nursing service.
