摘要
研究花绒寄甲[Dastarcus helophoroides(Fairmaire)]的生长发育与温度的关系,可为人工批量繁育提供依据。利用光照培养箱,在17、20、23、26℃和29℃5个恒温条件下饲养花绒寄甲,对其各虫态的发育历期、发育起点温度和有效积温进行了研究。结果表明,温度对花绒寄甲各虫态的发育历期有显著影响。花绒寄甲卵、幼虫、茧蛹的发育速率均与温度呈显著的正相关关系,卵期、幼虫期、茧蛹期的发育起点温度分别为16.34、15.63℃和11.31℃,有效积温分别为75.19、69.44℃和312.50℃。
Study on relationship between temperature and the development of Dastarcus helophoroide can provide evidence for artificial batch rearing.Developmental duration,developmental threshold temperature and sum of effective temperatures of D.helophoroide were studied at five constant temperatures(17,20,23,26,29 ℃) in anilluminated incubator.The results showed significant effect of temperature on development stage of D.helophoroides,and there was positive correlation between temperature and development rate of its eggs,larvae,pupae.Lower development threshold temperatures of eggs,larvae and pupae were 16.34,15.63,11.31 ℃ respectively,and their sum of effective temperatures were 75.19,69.44.312.50 day-degree,respectively.
