腹腔镜与传统胆囊切除术的临床效果分析

目的对比腹腔镜胆囊切除术与传统手术切除法的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2012年1月-2014年10月在天津市东丽区东丽医院普外科行手术治疗的168例急性胆囊炎合并胆囊结石患者的临床资料,按照不同术式分为观察组86例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术和对照组82例行传统开腹手术,对两组患者手术情况进行综合比较。结果观察组患者平均手术时间42.3min,平均失血量15.3ml,平均住院时间5d,平均住院费用11263.80元,对照组患者平均手术时间61.3min,平均失血量98.8ml,平均住院时间9d,平均住院费用12853.10元。结论同传统的手术切除法相比腹腔镜胆囊切除术能够有效减少术中出血量,提高手术效率进而大大缩短了患者住院时间,减少了患者的费用,值得在临床上推广和应用。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic Cholecystectomy and traditional oper- ation excision method. Methods The clinical data of 168 patients with chronic cholecystitis complicated with gallstones surgically treated at our hospital from January 2012 to October 2014 were retrosp ectively an- alyzed. The patients were divided into an LC group 86 cases received laparoscopic cholecystectomy and an OC group 82 cases received open cholecystectomy, Compared with the two groups of patients with operation situation.. Results Through statistical comparison, The average operative time of laparoscopic group of pa- tients was 42.3 minutes, mean blood loss of 15.3 ml, average hospitalization time was 5 days, average hospi- talization expenses for 11 263.80 yuan, The mean operative traditional surgery group patients time was 61.3 minutes, mean blood loss of 98.8 ml, average hospitalization time was 9 days, average hospitalization ex- penses for 12 853.10 yuan. Conclusions With the traditional operation method compared to laparoscopic cholecystectomy can reduce the amount of bleeding during the operation, improve the operation efficiency and thus greatly shorten the hospitalization time, reduce the expense of patients, is worthy of clinical popu- larization and application.
