α干扰素对类风湿关节炎患儿CD_4^+、CD_8^+T细胞CD_(69)、CD_(25)表达影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨α干扰素对类风湿关节炎患儿CD+4、CD+8T细胞CD69、CD25表达影响。方法选取我院儿科收治的类风湿关节炎患儿92例,随机分为对照组46例,予一般治疗及非甾体抗炎药、抗风湿药及糖皮质激素等常规治疗,6个月为一个疗程,治疗1个疗程;实验组46例,在常规治疗的基础上加用注射用重组人干扰素α-1b,3×106U肌注,每周三次,6个月为一个疗程,治疗1个疗程。正常组46例,为正常健康体检儿童。治疗结束后,对比治疗前后患而CD69+CD+4T细胞、CD69+CD+8T细胞、CD25+CD+4T细胞、CD25+CD+8T细胞含量水平及临床疗效。结果 1治疗后两组患儿血清中CD69+CD+4T细胞、CD69+CD+8T细胞、CD25+CD+4T细胞、CD25+CD+8T细胞含量水平改善,且实验(1)组患儿血清中CD69+CD+4T细胞、CD69+CD+8T细胞、CD25+CD+4T细胞、CD25+CD+8T细胞含量水平较对照组明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)治疗后实验组患儿临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论类风湿关节患儿血清中CD69、CD25表达水平明显增高,T细胞在关节炎病症中能够被激活,并参与全身免疫应答。 Objective To investigate expression of the α-interferon on rheumatoid arthritis in children CD69 , CD25 of CD4+, CD8+T cells.Methods 92 cases of rheumatoid arthritis in children were randomly divided into two groups of digital expression , including 46 cases in the control group , for general treatment and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs , anti-rheumatic drugs and glucocorticoids other conventional treatment , six months for a course of treatment , a course of treatment; experimental group of 46 patients, on the basis of conventional therapy plus injection of recombinant human interferon α-1b, 3+106 U intramuscular injection three times a week , 6 months for a course of treatment , a course of treatment .46 cases of normal , as normal healthy children.After treatment, compared to patients before and after treatment and CD 69 +CD4+T cells, CD69 +CD8+T cells, CD25 +CD4+T cells, CD25 +CD8+T cells and levels of clinical efficacy .Results The experimental group in serum CD69 +CD4+T cells, CD69 +CD8+ T cells, CD25 +CD4+T cells, CD25 +CD8+T cells in the levels decreased significantly compared with the control group , the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05);After clinical treatment of children in the experimental group was significantly higher efficiency , the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusions The serum rheumatoid joints in CD69, CD25 expression levels were significantly increased;T cells can be activated in arthritic conditions , and to participate in systemic immune response.
