联合吸入噻托溴铵和布地奈德混悬液治疗COPD临床体会

Clinical experience of combined inhaled thiamethoxam bromide and budesonide suspension liquid treating COPD

目的观察联合吸入噻托修按和布地奈德混悬液治疗慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院2014年1月至12月呼吸内科收治的56例COPD患者,随机分为两组,治疗组28例采用吸入噻托修按联合布地奈德混悬液治疗的方法,对照组28例采用常规治疗方法,观察比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后FEV1/FVC、Pa O2分别为85.94±1.41、87.68±8.33,与对照组相比明显提高;其Pa CO2和呼吸困难评分显著下降。两组比较具有明显差异,P<0.05。结论吸入噻托溴铵和布地奈德混悬液联合治疗COPD临床疗效显著,可在临床治疗中应用推广。

Objective To observe the combined inhalation thiamethoxam supporting by and budesonide suspension liquid for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （ COPD） clinical therapeutic effect . Methods From January 2014 to December, respiratory medicine, 56 cases of COPD patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group 28 cases using suction thiamethoxam repair according to the joint budesonide suspension liquid treatment , control group 28 cases with conventional treatment method , observed the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were compared .Results The observation group after treatment FEV1/FVC, PaO2 85.94 ±1.41, 1.41 ±8.33, respectively, as compared with the control group obviously improved;Its PaCO2 and dyspnea scores dropped significantly .Comparing the two groups has significant difference, P〈0.05）.Conclusions Inhaled thiamethoxam bromide and budesonide suspension joint treatment of COPD clinical curative effect , can be used in clinical treatment .
