摘要 临床医学专业学位研究生是医学专业高级人才,其培养质量是决定医疗卫生事业持续发展和竞争力保持的重要动力之一。研究通过分析现存的临床医学专业学位研究生评价存在的问题,以职业胜任力为研究切入点,探讨职业胜任力评价模式在临床医学专业学位研究生教育中的必要性及重要意义,以期不断完善医学研究生职业胜任力评价方法,提高临床医学专业学位研究生综合能力和综合素质。 The professional degree of clinical medicine graduate students is medical professional senior talents, the training quality is decided to medical and health undertakings remain one of the important power of sustainable development and competitiveness .Research by analyzing the existing problems of clinical medical professional degree postgraduate evaluation , as a professional competence as the breakthrough point and explore career competency evaluation model in the professional degree of clinical medicine graduate education necessity and the significance , so as to improve the medical graduate student professional competency assessment methods , improve the professional degree of clinical medicine graduate students comprehensive ability and comprehensive quality.
