摘要
玻璃是一种脆性材料 ,也是一种极富幻想美感的建筑表现材料 ,使得现代建筑中广泛采用玻璃幕墙 ,钢化玻璃的应用量日益增加。但是 ,现有的产品检测手段中尚不能直接给出钢化应力与其强度间的关系。本文通过试验研究 ,讨论了影响钢化玻璃抗弯强度的因素 ,给出了经验公式。此外 ,还就试验方法、材料变形特性等做了初步分析。
Glass, which is full of magination and aesthetic feeling, is a kind of architecture representing material, although it is also a sort of brittle material. With the widely using of glass curtain in modern architecture, the using of toughened glass is also rising rapidly. But, the relationship between toughen stress and strength can't be gotten directly from the current product inspecting approach yet. This paper discusses the affect factors of toughened glass flexural strength, then a empirical expression has been gained via the material test and data processing. Furthermore, this paper also gives some tentative analysis about the test method and material deformation charicteristics. \[
