泪道疾病检查与治疗方法的新进展

Latest progress in lacrimal duct disease diagnosis and treatment

泪道疾病是眼科的常见病、多发病,近年来该类疾病的发病率一直呈上升趋势。泪道疾病主要包括泪点外翻、泪点狭窄、泪点闭锁、泪道阻塞、急性泪囊炎、慢性泪囊炎及泪囊瘘等。随着医学技术的进步,眼科医师采用多种方法治疗泪道疾病,以达到预期目标。目前,泪道疾病的治疗方法包括激光、泪道探通、逆行插管及传统或改进的鼻腔泪囊吻合术等。本文笔者就不同泪道疾病的检查方法和治疗方法进行综述。

Lacrimal duct diseases are a group of conditions that include punctal eversion, punctal stenosis,punctal occlusion,punctal obstruction, acute dacryocystitis, chronic dacryocystitis, lacrimal fistula, etc. They are frequently occurring in ophthalmology with the incidence beingon the rise in recent years. Significant progress has been made in the diagnosis and treatment of lacrimal duct diseases in the last few decades. At present, available treatment modalities include laser-assisted surgery, lacrimal probing and irrigation,retrograde intubation and anastomosis of the lacrimal sac and nasal cavity. This paper aims to review these treatment modalities.
