现代针灸教材关于呕吐的“同功穴”分析

目的通过整理现代针灸教材中主治呕吐的腧穴,归纳总结出呕吐的＂同功穴＂及其规律谱,为腧穴配伍及针灸处方提供理论依据。方法基于网络检索和人工检索两种途径,检索27部现代针灸教材中主治呕吐的腧穴,分析呕吐的＂同功穴＂及其规律,并对其进行频次、归经、所在部位、规律谱分析,并与《腧穴主治·国家标准GB/T30233-2013》进行对比分析。结果通过统计,27部现代针灸教材中主治呕吐的＂同功穴＂有92个,所属经脉以任脉、足少阴肾经、足太阳膀胱经为主,所在部位以胸腹部、上肢部、腰背部为主,把频率出现在25~27次的腧穴作为一级谱,共18个腧穴,把频率出现在10~24次的腧穴作为二级谱,共41个腧穴,把频率出现在1~9次的腧穴作为三级谱,共33个腧穴,腧穴主治国家标准中治疗呕吐的39个腧穴,其中有37个与呕吐的＂同功穴＂相一致,占总比例的94.87%。结论表明呕吐的＂同功穴＂与《国家标准·腧穴主治》基本吻合。

Objective By collating in the modern textbooks of acupuncture acupoints of attending vomiting.Sum up the＂analogous point＂and its regularity of vomiting,provide theoretical basis for the compatibility of acupoints and acupuncture prescription.Methods Based on the network retrieval and manual retrieval two ways,retrieval of 27 attending vomiting in the textbooks of modern acupuncture acupoints,analyzes of the＂analogous point＂and its regularity of vomiting,and carries on the frequency,subordinate to the meridians,their positions and spectrum analysis,at the same time with The Acupoints Indication.National Standard GB/T30233-2013 were compared.Results Through statistics 27 of modern acupuncture and moxibustion indications of vomiting in the textbooks,has 92 ＂analogous points＂.Subordinate to the meridians to the Ren meridian and feet Shaoyin kidney meridian,after sun points of feet bladder mainly,their positions in the chest,upper limb and lower back.The frequency in 25 to 27times as primary acupoints in the first spectrum,a total of 18 acupoints,the frequency in 10 to 24times as the secondary spectrum of acupoints,a total of 41 acupoints,the frequency in 1to 9acupoints as level 3spectrum,a total of 33 acupoints,attending the national standard of acupoints in the treatment of vomiting 39 acupoints,37 ＂analogous point＂are consistent with vomiting,and accounts for 94.87%of the proportion of the total.Conclusion Show that＂analogous point＂of vomiting and The Acupoints Indication.National Standardare basic consistent.
