紫癜性肾炎(孤立性血尿型)的病因病机主要责之于"虚""湿""风""瘀""热",其治疗主要以"健脾化湿祛风""化瘀凉血止血"为主,中西医结合治疗效果明显优于单纯西医治疗。紫癜性肾炎(孤立性血尿型)其病因病机重点有所不同,其治疗也应相应有所偏重。很多中成药对其亦有较好疗效,可辨证用之。

The etiology and pathogenesis of Henoch-Schnlein purpura nephritis（isolated hematuria）is＂deficiency＂＂dampness＂＂wind＂＂blood stasis＂,and＂heat＂.The main treatments are＂invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness and dispelling wind＂and ＂removing blood stasis and cooling blood to stop bleeding＂.The combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is better than pure western medicine therapy.The focus of the etiology and pathogenesis is different,so the treatment should also be emphasized.A lot of Chinese patent medicine,which has satisfactory？effect on this disease,can be used based on the dialectical diagnosis.
