上海市孕妇的中医体质类型的研究

目的了解并研究流产史孕妇与无流产史孕妇的中医体质类型,通过对孕妇体质的调整以降低再次流产的发病率。方法将257例孕妇分为流产史组即实验组与无流产史组即对照组,采用道生中医四诊仪对她们进行体质辨识,剔除未顺利完成者5例。结果流产组平和质孕妇与无流产史平和质孕妇显著减少有统计学意义(P<0.05);且随着流产次数增加,平和质所占比显著减少,偏颇体质中湿热质,血瘀质,阳虚质,阴虚质都呈上升趋势。结论偏颇体质会影响妊娠,有流产史孕妇容易导致体质偏颇再度流产。

Objective Understanding and analyzing of the TCM constitution of pregnant woman with abortion history or with no abortion history,we can adjust pregnant woman＇s constitution to reduce the incidence of abortion.Methods The 257 cases of pregnant women were separated into experimental team and contrast group according that whether or not have abortion,and identified constitution by Daosheng diagnostic tool.Then five pregnant women who hadn＇t finished the process of constitution identification have been screened out.Results The gentleness pregnant women in experimental team are obviously fewer than contrast team（P〈0.05）.With the increase of the times of abortion,the gentleness is fewer obviously but the other constitution including the damp heat,the blood stasis,the yang deficiency and the yin deficiency are increase.Conclusion The biased constitution has bad influence on pregnant.The pregnant women who have abortion history are easier to appear biased constitution.
