通补消积饮对人肺腺癌A549细胞Cyclin D1蛋白表达的影响

摘要 目的研究通补消积饮对A549细胞Cyclin D1蛋白表达的影响。方法应用Western-blot法观察通补消积饮对A549细胞Cyclin D1蛋白表达的影响。结果通补消积饮低、中、高剂量组含药血清作用A549细胞48h后,Cyclin D1蛋白相对表达量分别为(0.739±0.051),(0.520±0.047),(0.395±0.035),通补消积饮各剂量组与空白血清组(0.881±0.062)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),在一定的时间内表现出明显的量-效关系。结论通补消积饮能明显抑制A549细胞Cyclin D1蛋白的表达。 Objective To investigate the influence of the Tongbu-Xiaoji decoction to the expression of Cyclin D1 of A549cells.Methods The protein expression of Cyclin D1 in A549cells were evaluated by Western blot.Results Tongbu-Xiaoji decoction with low、median and high dose medicated serum were used to affected A549 cell.After 48 h,the protein expression of Cyclin D1 of A549cells significantly decreased and the values were(0.739±0.051),(0.520±0.047)and(0.395±0.035).Compared with that of blank group,Tongbu-Xiaoji decoction with low,median and high dose medicated serum(0.881±0.062)had a significant difference(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),and the affection shows a dose-dependent manner.Conclusion Tongbu Xiaoji decoction inhibited the protein expression of Cyclin D1 in A549cells significantly.
