膝骨关节炎电针治疗及疗效评定的研究进展

Research progress of electric acupuncture treatment of knee osteoarthritis and the therapeutic evaluation

目的探讨电针治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效及客观评价膝骨关节炎疗效的方式。方法查阅文献总结各种膝骨关节炎的电针疗法及评价膝骨关节炎疗效的方式。结果临床上选穴多采用以膝眼穴为主穴的局部穴位,疗法上以电针为主。在膝骨关节炎疗效评价方面多采用等速肌力测试。结论:电针治疗膝骨关节炎具有一定的疗效,等速肌力测试在膝骨关节炎疗效评价方面具有客观优势。

Objective To study the curative effect of electric acupuncture treatment of knee osteoarthritis and objective way of evaluating the effect of knee osteoarthritis.Methods The literature summarizes all kinds of electric acupuncture therapy of knee osteoarthritis and the way of evaluating the effect of knee osteoarthritis.Results In clinical,choose acupuncture point with Xiyan acupuncture point is given priority to with genu den local acupuncture points,is given priority to with electric acupuncture therapy.In knee osteoarthritis efficacy evaluation,we adopt the isokinetic muscle testing.Conclusion The electric acupuncture treatment of knee osteoarthritis has certain curative effect,the isokinetic muscle testing has the objective superiority in knee osteoarthritis efficacy evaluation.
