摘要
笔者对GB 18580(9~11L)干燥器法、JIS A 1460干燥器法与ASTM D 5582干燥器法进行了比较分析,并采用3种不同的干燥器法测定中密度纤维板的甲醛释放量,运用分析软件对检测结果进行了比较与分析,对不同检测方法之间的相关性进行了研究,并建立了数学相关性方程,为人造板的甲醛检测和质量控制提供借鉴。
This paper used three different methods GB 18580(9~11L) Desiccator method,JIS A 1460 Desiccator method and ASTM D 5582 Desiccator method to inspect formaldehyde emission in MDF(Medium Density Fiberboard) and the results were compared and analyzed by excel software.The mathematical correlation equations were found by the correlation of different inspection methods and provided reference for formaldehyde test of wood-based panel quality control as well.
