Discussion on the Development Model of Shenzhen Rail Transportation alongside Land

城市轨道交通对城市功能、空间布局、产业结构的发展影响巨大,本文在分析现状深圳市轨道交通规划及沿线土地利用开发建设存在问题的基础上,通过对国内外重点城市轨道交通沿线土地利用开发成功模式进行分析研究,充分借鉴国内外轨道交通沿线土地开发的相关经验,提出适合深圳市实际情况的、具有可操作性的轨道交通沿线规划与土地利用开发思路,保证深圳市轨道交通建设、运营的可持续发展.

Urban rail transportation has a great influence on the development of urban function, spatial layout and industrial structure. Based on the analysis of current problems in Shenzhen＇s rail transportation planning and alongside land use, as well as the analysis of the domestic and foreign key cities＇ successful models of utilizing the land alongside the rail transportation land, this paper draws lessons from the related experience of the domestic and foreign alongside land development, and puts forward the idea of rail transportation planning and land use development that is operable and suitable for the actual situation of Shenzhen to ensure the sustainable development of the construction and operation of Shenzhen rail transportation.
