城市轨道交通商业资源经营模式研究

Study on the operation modes of city rail transit commercial resources

随着城市轨道交通网络化构架的形成,城市轨道交通的可持续发展很大程度上依赖于其资源的开发与利用.城市轨道交通的商业资源作为它的主要资源,其经营的成功与否很大程度上影响着其资源价值能否得到充分发掘.本文首先对城市轨道交通商业资源进行了简单分类并归纳了各类商业资源的特点,其次分析了商业经营的五大模式,然后结合城市轨道交通资源的特点,分析探讨得出利于城市轨道交通可持续发展的资源经营模式.

With the formation of city rail transit network architecture, the sustainable development of city rail transit is largely dependent on the development and utilization of its resources. The commercial resources of City rail transit as a main resource, its management is successful or not largely affect the value of resources whether or not be fully explored. This paper firstly of commercial resources of urban rail transit make a simple classification and summarizes the characteristics of all kinds of commercial resources, secondly analyze five modes of commercial operation, and then combined with the characteristics of urban rail transit resources, analysis and discussion of the resource management model that conducive to sustainable development of the urban rail transit.
