分析对比物料编码在自动化系统实现的几种方法,结合在济钢4#转炉上料自动化系统中的实际应用,讲述了利用Factory Talk View Studio组态软件的内部工具结合程序逻辑实现物料编码的动态显示功能。实践证实:物料编码的动态显示,使操作人员准确获知各个料仓的物料,能及时安排各个料仓进行上料,提高了生产效率,并可消除错料隐患。

This paper analyses and compares of several methods of material code in the automation system, combining the practical application in JiGang 4# converter material loading automation system, tells the process of using the local messages tool of configuration software FactoryTalk View Studio in combination with the program logic to implement the dynamic display of material code. Practice has proved： the dynamic display of the material code, make the operator grasp the material code in each bin exactly, and they can arrange the bin for feeding timely. These improve the production efficiency, and eliminate the hidden trouble of the wrong material.
