摘要
本文主要介绍台湾永宏PLC在全自动玻璃划圆分离机上的应用,系统采用的永宏B1系列通用型PLC,单主机可带3轴50k Hz高速脉冲输出,4轴50k Hz高速脉冲输入。现场实控2轴步进,搭配2路编码器,实现闭环控制。搭配永宏HU系列触摸屏,可以实现简单高效操控。
This article mainly introduces FATEK PLC in the automatic paddles round glass separation machine, ]t used in FATEK B1 series universal PLC, Which single- host with 3 shafts 50kHz high-speed pulse output and 4 shafts 50kHz high-speed pulse intput. Systerm control in 2-axis stepper, with 2 channel encoders, closed-loop control. Carrying FATEK HU series touch screen, We can implement simple and efficient handling.
